Product function: The fully automatic steel bar weight deviation marking machine is a device independently developed by our company that can complete the weighing and length measurement of a group (five steel bars) at one time, and complete the result judgment in real time. The equipment can simultaneously complete the marking test of the original gauge length sample on the steel bar and the weight deviation test.

Weight measurement: high-precision load sensor is used to measure the total weight of steel bars;
Length measurement: laser beam length sensor and grating displacement sensor are used to measure the length of each sample;
Specimen line drawing: high-power laser emission device is used to draw lines on the sample surface, the power is adjustable, and the marking lines are clear;
Specimen gauge length: grating displacement sensor is used to control the gauge length, and the gauge length can be set arbitrarily;
Original data: the measured data can be saved and exported, without the need for personnel to write original records, which improves the detection efficiency;
Data upload: the measured data can be connected to the detection management system, and the data is automatically uploaded to realize digital management;
Sample information: support scanning sample barcodes with scanners to improve detection efficiency;
